Shipping, Payment & Returns
Shipping Information
We ship via Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated by Canada Post. Actual shipping costs will be applied to your invoice total. I do not mark up shipping costs. You pay what I pay.
Products can be ordered through our online order form or directly through Bill via email if you do not see what your are looking for. Shipments will be insured and you will receive a shipment tracking number.
Where possible, pickup can be scheduled at a convenient time and place for both parties. Please contact Bill to discuss possible pickup.
Preferred method of payment is eTransfer or COD as there is a 3% markup on PayPal.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact Bill at papisgaragestuff@outlook.com with details of the product and the defect.
Bill will coordinate the return with you personally. The product will be fully examined upon receipt and you will be notified via email when a replacement product will be shipped.
